About Highland Social
The Highland Social first began back in April 2011 at Contrast in Inverness and was set up by Michelle Russell of Snow Marketing to allow businesses from across the Highlands to meet up ‘socially’ and share their experiences and stories of using social media for business.
The second Highland Social (Highland Social II) was held on the 22nd September 2011 with the support of various sponsors from across the Highlands.
Due to success of the first two events the Highland Social was turned into a bi-annual event with mini seasonal ‘Socials’ happening in between to keep everyone up to date with the latest social media news!
The Highland Social is now organised by Snow Marketing with the support of main sponsor Dynam in Inverness who have recently created all the branding, website, etc and are present at most events.
Famous ‘social’ cupcakes by Cupcake Creations Inverness feature at each event and go down very well and make for a great talking point!
